Sea Stone
Waste seashells salvaged from the seafood and aquaculture industries to develop a sustainable material that resembles concrete, with a lower environmental impact vs traditional concrete, and a terrazzo-like aesthetic.
With the exception of the natural iridescence of the seashells, the tiles look like regular concrete tiles. Still in its infancy, at this moment the material performs particularly well in small-scale products due to its complex production process.
